- Las Vegas Land Minimum: Vacant land shoots in the Las Vegas metro area require a minimum of 3 parcels booked together (or scheduled alongside a $300 residential shoot) to qualify.
- Off-Road & Remote Access Fee: Remote parcels requiring 4x4 off-road navigation, rough terrain traversal, or extended hike-in access carry a negotiated extra fee. All additional access fees are transparently quoted and agreed upon upfront prior to shoot confirmation—no surprise costs ever.
